A physical education teacher, ISEF graduate and Ashtanga Yoga practitioner for over 15 years, she brings an approach to her practice that combines movement science, deep listening and daily dedication. Certified in Power Yoga and creator of the Biomechanics Yoga method, she guides each practitioner to improve joint mobility, refine alignment and make the body more efficient, stable and functional in every direction.
Deeply in love with the world of verticalism, she has developed “JumpInTime”, a technical yet playful programme designed to build strength, core control, weight management and precision in transitions and inverted positions in Ashtanga Yoga. An invitation to push your limits while remaining grounded in your breath.
During this intensive week, she will be joined by her trusted collaborators to guide a complete experience: Mysore classes, Power Yoga, Biomechanics Yoga, jump and transition studies. A journey into practice that reminds each of us that evolution comes from consistency, technique and courage... but also from lightness, smiles and the ability to find oneself in movement.
