Why This Retreat Is Different
Most retreats are built like vacations. This one is built like a sanctuary.
Your days will unfold through:
- Two immersive practices daily— asana, pranayama, meditation &subtle-body inquiry
- Community meals prepared with care
- Long, unhurried afternoons for rest, journaling, the pool, or quiet reflection
- Evenings of philosophy, discussion, and contemplative practices
- The gentle spaciousness of a week lived intentionally
This is a warm, community-oriented immersion where you’reheld, supported, and invited to reconnect with the deeper threads of yoga — without pressure, without performance, and without distraction.
