Mychal is a yoga teacher, breathwork facilitator, meditation guide, and sound practitioner whose work explores the intersection of ancient wisdom, embodied practice, and personal transformation.
His journey into yoga began as a physical practice and gradually became something much deeper—a path of inquiry into the body, breath, mind, and the ways we move through the world. Over the years, his studies have expanded into meditation, pranayama, breathwork, sound, and contemplative practices, alongside experiences and teachings that have continued to shape his understanding of what it means to live with greater awareness and intention.
Mychal’s approach is both grounded and experiential. Rather than treating yoga as something confined to a mat, he invites students to explore its deeper teachings as tools for everyday life: how we relate to ourselves and others, how we meet challenges and discomfort, how we work with the mind, and how we cultivate greater presence, clarity, and purpose.
His breathwork offerings complement this work by creating space for deeper exploration beyond the thinking mind. Through intentional breath, embodiment, meditation, and sound, participants are invited to turn inward, explore their inner landscape, and connect with parts of themselves that may otherwise remain beneath the surface.
At the heart of Mychal’s work is a simple question: What becomes possible when we stop simply practicing yoga and begin to live it?
This retreat is an extension of that inquiry—a space to explore the ancient teachings of yoga, experience them through the body and breath, and discover how they might transform the way we live.
