Before booking your italian yoga holiday retreat, we kindly ask you to please filll in the following form. Once received we will answer with the availability for the selected time slot, we will get back to you with the indications for making your registration and booking your selected retreat: a 200 euro deposit per person is required. Once the deposit is received we will send you a booking confirmation and registration.

PrivacyInformation as per art. 13 D. Lgs.196/2003 : the data of the subscriber of the current contract and those of the other participants, compulsory to guarantee the use of all services provided with the purchase of this yoga retreat package, will be manually and electronically treated with respect to regulations. In case the Guest refuses to provide all data requested, it will not be possible to fulfil the contract and provide all services. Data controllers are YIS Organizer and/or YIS members involved with the registration and booking process. The Organizers undertake expressly to respect and apply all the rules regarding the Personal Data Protection, as the Privacy Code. Both parties undertake to fulfil all laws informative obligations, to obtain the consent by the parties involved in the Personal Data Process, where necessary, and to adopt all the security measures, necessary and/or able to guarantee the Privacy, the integrity and the completeness of Personal data. When necessary, these details will be communicate to police, associated insurance, correspondents or local collaborators of the seller or the organizer. All rights from ex. Art 7 Leg. D. 196/2003 will be exercisable at any stage/in any time.

General terms and conditionsGENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF YIS RETREATS 1. SUBSCRIPTION OF THE CONTRACT The contract is considered subscribed by the parties and fully effective at the moment in which YIS Organizers confirms also by email the full acceptance of booking and registration of the Guest, l (now on Contract). If the Guest books for other people, he/she guarantees for the fulfillment of the Contract and the full payment of the reservation 2. SERVICES YIS only undertakes the obligation to give execution to the services that are written in the Contract. If the Guest asks for service not included (excursions, services purchased directly on site by the Guest and not included in the Contract) they are not considered as part of the Contract, therefore YIS Organizers shall not be in any case liable nor as organizer nor as intermediary of services, this also in the event that for simple courtesy and kindness the Organizers or someone on site reserves the excursion on behalf of the Guest. 3. PRICES AND PAYMENT TERMS Prices are those sent via email to the Guest. The Guest shall pay a down payment of 200 Euros per week per person ; such deposit may be used to cover cancellation costs (art. 4). Once booking is accepted deposit will only be refunded if the retreat is cancelled by the Organizer YIS. The Organizer YIS is entitled to ask for details of the credit card as a warrantee. The 200 Euros per week per person down payment must be paid at the moment of the subscription of the Contract (art. 1), or at the latest within the following two days. If the deposit shall not be made within such terms, the Organizer YIS may cancel the reservation and ask for the reimbursement of the cancellation cost provided for in art. 4. The invoice with the payment and settlement of all the amounts due shall be paid at the moment of the check-out. 4. CANCELLATION BEFORE DEPARTURE AND NO SHOW If the Guest cancels the reservation the YIS Organizer shall invoice and ask the payment of the following costs: 1.For cancellations within up to a month before the beginning of the reserved retreat the Organization shall retain the down payment without any extra charge. 2.For cancellations between 28-14 days before the beginning of the reserved retreat, the Organization shall retain the down payment and shall charge a further amount equal to the 30% of the cost of the retreat and relevant services that shall be cancelled. 3.In the case of cancellation from 14 days to 7 days before the beginning of the reserved retreat, the Organization shall retain the down payment and shall charge a further amount equal to the 70% of the cost of the retreat and relevant services that shall be cancelled. 4.In case of Cancellation within 7 days before the beginning of the reserved retreat, or in case of no show, or in case of anticipated departure from the retreat, the 100% of the amount of the cost of the reserved retreat and relevant services will be charged. The Guest who has to renounce may also replace himself with somebody else, with a written communication 4 week days before the previewed arrival date, with the general information of the new guest. and new credit card details. Both have the responsibility for the payment of the final amount. 5. ACCOMODATION AND CHECK-OUT The rooms are available from 2 PM (check in) and will be given with clean sheets and towels. The day of departure the room has to be left by 11 AM. If the departure is delayed until 6 PM it shall be considered an extra night and the cost of the extra night shall be charged. All special requests must be discussed in advance in order to allow the Organizer to find the best solution. The Guest cannot choose his room if not discussed before. 6. RESPONSIBILITIES, RIGHTS AND DUTIES 1.YIS Organizer is in charge of the belongings of a Guest only if he/she has given to look after during the period of the stay., other wise YIS Organizer is not liable for any loss, theft, damage to personal property, sickness or injuries incurred on the retreat. The Organizer YIS is also not liable for: delays, natural disasters, threat of war, airport closure, civil strife, industrial action, technical transfer problems, staff cancellations, unforeseen changes in personal circumstances, participants� medical or psychological conditions which may develop during or subsequent to the retreat or any other events beyond our control. 2.Yoga is a physical activity. When booking this retreat it is understood that the Guest takes full responsibility for participating in all the activities, and for all travel liability and risk. If the Guest is in doubt of his/her physical/mental state please consult a doctor and advise YIS Organizer of any conditions before booking. Once on the retreat, please inform all instructors of any special needs or injuries and practice yoga according to your own capacity. 3.At the arrival at Le Campine guest will be asked to register his arrival by present a piece of ID, the booking receipt and by paying the amount due for the whole reserved period. 4.Guests are required to respect check-in and check-out hours. 5.Guests will receive an association membership card and the are required to keep it at all times during the stay in Le Campine and show it in case of inspection. 6.Guest are asked to leave the kitchens of their apartments clean and tidy as they have found them at the moment of arrival. If this is not a case there will be a 10 euro penalty per person. 7.Guests are asked to turn off the lights and air conditioning when leaving the room. 8.Guests are responsible of their personal belongings. 9.Guests with children are asked to safeguard them and the tranquility of other guests. 10.Guests with pets are responsible of the pets with other guest and are recommended to keep the pets on a leash and to clean after them. At the end of the stay there will be an extra fee of �50 for special cleaning. 9. CANCELLATION BY THE CUSTOMER The Guest can cancel the booking, without penalties in the following cases: a) Increasing exceeding 10% of the price agreed in the Contract or b) relevant change of one or more fundamental elements of the contract, defined as fundamental elements that allow the correct usage of the package as it is described in the contract. In such cases the Guest can alternatively: 1.Choose an alternative package , without surcharge if more expensive or with money refund in case of lower cost. 2.Refund of the paid amount. This refund will have to be done by and no later than seven working days from the request of reimbursement. The Guest will have to inform YIS Organizer about the decision taken (accept the changes or cancel the reservation) by and no later than two working days from the moment he/she has received notification of the increase or of the change. If the guest does not communicate anything in such term, the Yis Organization proposal shall be considered accepted by the Guest. 10. PRIVACY Information as per art. 13 D.
