We court the Italian summer with traditional Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga morning practice, then students are free for brunch, sightseeing, sun and relaxation. In the afternoons, we will have technical class dealing with the following topics of interest to practitioners of ashtanga; Growing your lotus, Balancing breath and alignment, Healthy backbending for ashtangis, Restorative practice for ashtangis, Frolic and Partner Play. Daily pranayama sessions are offered to deepen one's connection to the breath and to strengthen the link to one's center.

In Paris, Charley joyfully, artfully and gratefully teaches Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga in the traditional manner of memorized self practice. He has studied in the traditional way under Sharath et Guruji in Mysore, Lino Miele, Petri Raisänen and others, while studying alignment based ashtanga yoga with Marc Darby, Ron Reid, Chuck Miller and Maty Ezraty. In Mysore he’s studied pranayama with BNS Iyengar and Venkatesh and in addition, he continues to study the Iyengar system, is currently learning the Anusara system of alignment and obviously believes in the role of “research” in the building of a sustainable lifetime practice! He has studied adjustment and energetic healing with Petri Raisänen and Thai Yoga massage with the Sunshine network.
