Our food philosophy and practice is based on the principles of quality, health, vegetarianism, environmental sustainability and social justice—in essence, a food system that is prepared harmoniously, good, compassionate, clean and fair.

Our ingredients are mainly organic, we avoid industrial food ingredients, frozen food, can food we do not use microwave ovens, our food prepared fresh every day using natural ingredients.

We follows Ayurvedic and Taoist macrobiotic principles of Yin and Yang balance in our food preparations.

We combine our Italian Slow Food heritage with Eastern philosophy to create vegetarian healthy tasty dishes for every meal.
