In the course, the fundamental principles of Ayurveda and Ayurvedic massage are examined and put into practice by the student under the direct guidance of the teacher.
An important part of the course is the study and application of techniques which aim at the purification and rejuvenation of the body, promoting the expulsion of toxins accumulated over the years as well different actions of nutrition for rejuvenation and maintaining a state of ideal health.

The course examines the fundamental principles of Ayurveda and Ayurvedic Massage and students will be able to practise under the direct guidance of the instructor. The course will focus on the study and application of the main technique – Abhyanga – which aims at purification and rejuvenation of the body by promoting the expulsion of toxins accumulated over the years and subsequently maintain a state of ideal health. Abhyanga can be performed by two, four or just one person and we will study and practice all the varieties.
To guarantee an in-depth experience the number of participants will be limited for this course.
Teacher’s BIO
Since 1993 Claudia Brebeck is living and working in Florence. For more than 12 years she was Vice-President of the Istituto Italiano di Ayurveda where she has also studied and practised Ayurvedic Cooking and Ayurvedic Massage under the guidance of Prof. Bhagwan Dash and Dr. Lalitesh Kashyap. For the last eight years she’s been working as an instructor of Ayurvedic Cooking and Ayurvedic Massage in Italy, Germany, France and Belgium.
At the moment she is also collaborating with “Jiva”in Florence and “Artisan de sa Santè” in Rasieux, France, of which she is a founding member. Claudia is also a breathing therapist (Middendorf method).
