In the course, the fundamental principles of Ayurveda and Ayurvedic massage are examined and put into practice by the student under the direct guidance of the teacher.
An important part of the course is the study and application of techniques which aim at the purification and rejuvenation of the body, promoting the expulsion of toxins accumulated over the years as well different actions of nutrition for rejuvenation and maintaining a state of ideal health.
The number of participants is limited in order to guarantee in-depth experience.

Ayurvedic massage course
Claudia Brebeck lives and works since 13 years in Florence. She has been working for more than 10 years at the Istituto Italiano di Ayurveda, where she studied Ayurvedic coking and Ayurvedic massage with Prof. Bhagwan Dash and Dr. Lalitesh Kashyap. Day 3rd: theory and practise of: shirobhyanga (headmassage)
padabhyanga (footmassage)
nasa purna (oleation of the nose)
karna purna (oleation of the ears)
afternoon: practise of sarvabhyanga (all over body massage)
Day 4th: theory and practise of Shirodhara
(pouring oil, milk etc., on the forehead)
Day 5th: theory of marmas (vital spots)
afternoon: practise of sarvabhyanga with particolar attention on the localization of the principal vital spots (marmas)
Day 6th: theory of pizzichil
Aaternoon: practise of pizzichi
Day 7th: theory of shirobasti (oleation of the head)
theory and practise of Kati basti
Local Dhara (oleation of a part of the body)
Udvartana (massage and scrub with herbs)
afternoon: theoretic conclusion of the course and practise of the techniques
