Venturing in the awakening

For the 10th year anniversary of yoga in Salento, I have prepared a unique retreat for the participating guests. We will embark on a journey within, through the ashtanga practice in the morning. The afternoon practices will include extracts and aspects of my favourite readings and deepening certain areas of yoga that I consider essential, enlightening and liberating. In our spare time, outside Agricola Samadhi, I will show you my favourite places in nature, extremely unique locations. The minimum number of participants is five. Beginners are very welcome as well as regular practitioners.

We will venture in a self journey, allowing, recognizing what emerges, recognizing the un-necessary, letting go, disconnecting from the heavy load we carry on our shoulders daily that prevents us to just be. The over emotionalized reactivism of the conscious mind stands between the individual and the true peace and harmony he seeks, as well as creating blockages and barriers to his ability to understanding life as it unfolds. We must begin within: the awakening of your self to yourSelf. No prior yoga experience is required. All levels welcome. Awakening the body, the Re-connect to the self.

We strive for an identical goal of peace, harmony and love. The place is here, the time is now. Join us. Today.

Lena Pellen and Yoga in Salento: “For the past 6 years, I had the pleasure of spending a few summer weeks at “Yoga in Salento” as a student and also as a teacher. It is always a pleasure for me to find this place: I love it, especially the relaxed atmosphere, and also the nice encounters, good food, the turquoise sea nearby, the excellent ice cream in Zollino … and Frizzi, the owner of the center. The friendship between us having grown over the years, it is quite naturally that we decided to lead an internship together.
During this week, we will offer you a practice of ashtanga yoga in the morning (Mysore and / or guided according to levels) and in the afternoon, different practices (yoga nidra, acrobatics acrobatic and therapeutic, initiation to Thai massage)”

Find here the weekly program retreat (It is a type model and is subject to change)

Lena Pellen
In 2003, while preparing her master in sports, health and welness at Toulouse (South-France), Léna discovers Ashtanga Yoga with one of the first students of Pattabhi Jois, Serge Fonteneau, a yoga teacher in Ariege. This decisive encounter has brought Léna on the path of Ashtanga Yoga. After years of devoted training with Serge, she leaves for Mysore to follow a Sheshadri training for 2 months at the “Mysore Mandala Yoga Shala” in 2007. On her return, Léna starts teaching yoga in Ariege and continues to expand her knowledge with others teachers.
